Some of the cultural references might fly right over the head of anyone under 30, and if too many stories are read in one sitting, preciousness overload sets in (bad puns abound.) Laugh out loud funny, it's a reprint of several issues of the comic book series 'Wolff & Byrd', a legal team specializing in the supernatural. A new spin on horror, fantasy, and the courtroom drama, "The Soddyssey" is an enthusia. Distinctive and witty I guess to some extent Wolff and Byrd/Supernatural Law is an acquired taste, but once you acquire it, it's addictive . You want all you can get. Superhero fans might find the artwork, initially, too reminiscent of Archie comics. Then there's the necessary suspension of disbelief.
