When crafting legal memoranda, it is really important not get in a rut so they all sound the same. I know because as a law clerk for a federal court I do nothing but read briefs all day long. Time is precious to a law clerk and/or judge so, when a brief reads well and stands out, it is likely to engender more thought and consideration by the court. This book makes. "Great book that I cannot say enough about" according to Carol Ann Davis. Great book that I cannot say enough about. Anyone not just legal professionals can benefit from. It will definetly increase one's vocabulary and improve your communication skills. By far one of the most valued books in my collection of hundreds I've acquired over the last fifty years. I can't say enough to recommend this book.
