Excellent Amazon Customer I would be proud to have written such a nice book on Chi-Gung. If you have no teacher yet want to learn Chi-Gung, this is a great place to start. Even if you have done Chi-Gung for a while this is a great overview of a simple, yet profound daily practice. The only thing I can think of which might confuse a beginner is their wondering how many repetitions of each exercise to do. I would say that one need to figure that out for themselves. Start out with a few repetitions and se. Basic and direct I carry this book with me in my briefcase. I refer to it almost daily. I have found that this method allows me to learn almost unconsciously throughout the week. This is a very good basic introduction to Chi-Gung..
