The Doctor Who Technical Manual originally came out in the early 1980s, clearly covering events up through the early part of Peter Davison's tenure as the Fifth Doctor. It is fully of diagrams, background materials, and has a number of good quality color photos from various events of the Third and Fourth Doctor's times.I could tell the book was not new, but wear and tear on t. "The Doctors Tech Manual" according to K. Williams. I purchased the book to help build a TARDIS of my own. It will help, but it could have been more intuitive. The blue prints leave off some dimensions, but it does provide a scale (centimeters). So it can be used for construction. Otherwise, the book is a nice piece of Doctor Who memorabilia..
