Angry Lions Fan said Not too bad. This series has been pretty good. Gabrielle doesn't make the obvious dumb decisions for the sake of an easy plot. There has been some character growth but not nearly as much as I would like. Gabrielle has so much unused potential. I just wish she was less of a victim. Each book feels like a repeat of the one. I love the world that Laura Thalassa has built for Gabrielle I love the world that Laura Thalassa has built for Gabrielle and Andre. It's such a beautiful mix of romance, fantasy, and intensity--all within the realms of the world we live in. She brings in the events from the previous two books and continues to take it further, yet still leaves us wondering, "What's re. AlyLin said GIVE ME THE NEXT ONE PLEASE!!!. Simply put, I really really enjoyed this book. Its great to see Gabrielle's and Andre's characters grow together! Plus a little mystery action didn't hurt either. :) Great book, cant wait for the next one!
