I was assigned this book for a promotional exam, and was looking forward to reading some inciteful thoughts on leadership and supervisory responsibilities. Instead I read a bunch of un-referenced, non-explained, disjointed ramblings.I'm not even remotely a grammar-Nazi but e. It's a paperback book now? Tony Please note you are paying $114 dollars for a paperback "updated" version of this book. The book is less than 1/2" thick and 80 pages less than previous version.
