Fine Sally I rated this okay but was disapointed to find out when my class began that I was suppose to buy the next revision, my instructor let me use this book but it made it hard because the chapters were off from the newer edition.. Technical writing = Business writing This book has excellent examples and step by step instructions on how to write proper letters, resumes, analytical reports, and more. It has been a very good resource to me throughout my technical writing course.
