No customizable CD rom as indicated. I contacted the publisher and they noted the mistake. Unfortunately, according to this, I cannot return . very useful book HJBM This book is full of easy-to-grab-and-copy handouts to give owners further reading on a large variety of topics. I find owners are grateful for more information to think about after the exam.. TT said Very Helpful!. These are very helpful in everyday practice.
