Best UCC Yet This is one of my favorite books. Short on plot and character development, but very well written and easy to read.. A. Lufkin said Doesn't Include Old Article 9. Most classes (such as Secured Transactions) that use this class find the Old Article 9 language useful. This abridged version does not contain that language, and therefore is less useful than it could be. They wanted to save weight, and save the page count, but they cut something that would be quite useful!. Older Edition is just as good Don't bother getting the new edition, an older edition is just as good, as long as it's after 2001.
