Some of the descriptions create concrete images into what runners actually feel. I have read a lot of running books, and none . "Running With A Vengeance!" according to Nimmo. This was required reading for the varsity runners on our cross-country team. I was shocked at how several of them were talking about the intensity after they had it for a weekend. Some say it made them rethink their running and racing. I wouldn't say the book "changed" their racing, but it definitely has had an impact on how they train. It is inspirational and seems like it would make anyone want to train like . "Reading With An Awesomeness" according to J. Ward. This book is a must read book for anyone. Theres so much to say about it, like you start to feel like you are in the book and once you're 10 pages in you don't want to put it down. The whole book flew by and I wish there was more to it. My advice to anyone wanting to read this book is take your time and enjoy the ride. This is Matt Peharda's first book, if he makes more they maybe even better. Enjoy this book w
