"I simply loved this reverent and plausible development of Mary Bennet's character. Shannon Winslow did such an incredible job of maintaining the essence of the original Mary Bennet, yet at the same time transforming her into a fully realized, flesh-out heroine." - Austenesque Reviews
Charming I accidentally re-read this book after several years and enough Austenesque tales to allow me to forget the plot. I absolutely adore this author's work and this book is no different. Poor Mary always seems to get the short end of the stick. It is four years after the very eligible matches of her two oldest sisters. Mary has gained pragmatism as well as better judgement. But will she also gain love and save her mother from the hedgerows?. Heart warming A heart warming, tear jerking, my kind of book. I loved how this author's variation continued the Pride and Prejudice. Mr.Farnsworth is so much like Mr. Darcy. His character and his wit had me chuckling at times. Thanks for bringing Jane Austen 's Pride and Prejudice back to life. So enjoyable.. "Loved it!" according to Karen S Pierce. If you love "Pride and Prejudice" you will love this book! Written in Jane Austen's style. So happy to know what happened to the Bennett girls.
