Amazon Customer said Older book but some concepts are timeless. Good book for overall strategy and deal making but most of the finer points deal with processes and entities that don't exist anymore. There's a lot of emphasis on dealing with small banks and loan committees, savings and loans, and other concepts that have gone the way of the dodo bird.
