Learn Python! I didn't know a lot about Python. I am not a pro at it, but I'm very curious how it works. This book is easy and fun to read, and it will teach you from the ground up. Very minute details are given in the book with examples. I don't think it's too complicated for anyone to understand. Very interesting and also educational. As such it's worth reading.. Eric D. Arnold said Could be worse but this book is not very good. The author tried here but there is just too much letting this book down. I can be much more specific --Font kerning is poor. Just look at the squished-together chapter headings. My copy also has some slightly faded sections of print, like something made in an old mimeograph machine. This isn't a huge deal but it is distracting and just a hint of what is to come.Single quote symbol spacing is awful in t. A very useful programming guide Alexandra Thomas This book packs a bunch of information and step by step processes on how to work with Python. A bit difficult to understand and I have to admit that as a beginner I will have to keep on reading this book over and over again but it has everything. Love the modes and the Python regular Expressions. All and all a well put together comprehensive guide. I wish it had some screenshots tho. Highly recommended
