The extensive text includes information about the species, including their habitat range, biology and behavior. It contains many amazing photos of the various Poison Frog species, along with descriptions and valuable info. I just love this book! If you are interested in learning about captive care of these frogs this book won't tell you much, as it is really more of a coffee table book. Even so, I'd get this book if you keep or plan to keep Poison Frogs at all.
