"An amazing story" according to Kim. I first read this book about 15 years ago. When I picked it up and read the inside of the cover, it was so sad that I wept. I was so emotionally moved that I went on to the first chapter. As I continued reading about Dave Pelzer's dark childhood experiences, my weeping stopped and before I even realized it my sadness turned into anger and I couldn't put the book down.I work w. So when i got on amazon an found the 3 in 1 i decided i would start from the beginning. I must say that i have not yet finished reading it but so far it has been an amazing read. I have never been more touched by a book then i have been while reading David's story. Th. A must read! Highly recommended! I just finished this book about 20 minutes ago. During the past two weeks I read all 3 books in this series. My heart broke during the first book as I read a trageic story that no child should ever have to experience.
