"Useful, but extremely flawed" according to David E. Lawrence. This book is comprehensive, in that it covers all of the benchmarks that are tested on the exam. I found it useful in helping me determine if there were subject areas that I needed to brush up on.There were two major flaws, however. First, the book was absolutely riddled with mistakes, typos, and inaccurate information. This could be really problematic for people . I wish I could give this fewer stars. This book is frustrating at best. The math portion of this book is chock full of typos, copy-editing issues, and just plain incorrect information.I am currently a licensed math teacher, who was using this guide to brush up on the math standards and relearn science standards before getting a second license in math/science.
