Good basic intro to leadership, but little substance or new material If you happen to be in fundraising and have never read or studied anything on leadership, this book will be helpful, as it gives a very broad, basic overview of the topic. However, if you have read even one of the 100 top leadership books, you will take very little from Wagner's work. The book offers very little new material, as it seems like the majority of the text is cited from others.
