This book has all the answers Two years ago, I started reading about the Alexander Technique and completed three very good books by Richard Brennan. Three months ago, I decided to find a local Alexander Technique teacher and started taking classes. Along with my AT classes, I have continued to re-read my Alexander Technique books, fascinated by the sometimes elusive Alexander principles. Even though my AT teachers have talked with me about these, there is obviously not enough time during a one- hour class to go deep into said principles, especially considering that teachers have to dedicate great part of the class to hands-on work.
