An invaluable Addition to Any Trainer's Library First, a disclosure.I was sent a review copy of this book from Human Kinetics as per Dan Trink's request. Dan has also trained me remotely and he acts as a coach on the Personal Trainer Development Center (thePTDC.com), a site that I own and operate. The sheer amount and variation of workouts here are invaluable. As a trainer it can be difficult to reach that fine balance of an engaging, exciting workout while maintaining proper intensity keeping the client's goals in mind. This book isn't the type of thing that I recommend reading start to finish. It's more of a reference guide. Each of the 3. I love this book. Great variety of workouts for the intermediate to advanced trainee I love it. There are a TON of workouts in here, options for scaling, and overall probably one of the better investments I've made in my fitness ADHD fueled library. If you love crossfit, you'll enjoy these workouts. If you like short and brutal, you'll love it. If you like longer and really hard, you'll find something for you, too. If you prefer a brisk walk as your primary form of exercise, this isn't something I would recommend to a beginning exerciser.I've been through nearly all the workouts to mark the pages of the workouts that I want to tackle first. You may need kettlebells, dumbbell.
