DESCRIPTION:

I agree with another reviewer that said this book was a missed opportunity. The artist had written a description to some of his paintings. It would have been nice if he continued that format through out the book. Some of the paintings did look unfinished but I like that kind of art. The tutorial are short but interesting. I found them informational but I believed he could have done more. Overall I enjoyed the artist's book and his artw. Crunshii said WTF Did you forget your kickstarter backers???. "Anthony Jones, a concept artist who has worked for companies like Blizzard and Sony, was the focus of maybe the coolest Fine Art we’ve run all year. He’s also found the time to put a book out. That book is called Heaven’s Hell, and is a collection of images and background info detailing Jones’ original designs for his original take on the inhabitants (and nature) of the afterlife. You, uh, won’t find any of these guys on the roof of the Sistine Chapel.” Luke Plunkett, Kotaku
