Five Stars Book in good condition!. "Out of Date, not worth $5!" according to john sepcoski. This book is out of date. I am an instructor for a well-known Business School that forced the use of this book. It is copyright 2011 but references statistics from 1999 that forecast 2010 expectations. I have been in the health care IT industry for over 27 years and have seen what this book discusses come and go! I correct at least 5 slides for every chapter to bring the material up to date.
