He takes this study further than others by providing information and estimates for individual countries, whereas most previous analysts kept their studies at the r. "Skimpy information" according to J Charles. I was very excited about this book, but unfortunately it is really skimpy on the actual info per country. I was interested in WHAT impacts are predicted for different countries/regions, but this basically says WHETHER an impact is predicted. The bulk of the book is detailed economic and modelling equations and information about how the results were obtained, which is not relevant to me.
