For awhile I was looking for some literature on a food chemistry to help me develop an elective corse for high school.There is no other publication as textbook that covers every single aspect of kinds of foods known nowadays. This is the only scientifically complete edition that covers all kinds of foods, flavors, and additives to foods, it coveres beverages as well.
