This book is a good-faith attempt to accurately download and print the Florida Probate Rules and the Florida Probate Code. The downloads were done on January 2, 2014. This is a collection designed to provide just the essentials in a small (6" by 9") paperback that can be thrown into a briefcase or purse for ready reference in court. The Probate Rules were downloaded from the Florida Bar Association’s website, and the statutes were downloaded from the Online Sunshine website maintained by the Florida legislature.
A clear statement of the law Jeffrey Huntington This is the actual language of the Florida Probate Code (which has changed a great deal in recent years) plus some explanatory and explicatory background paragraphs. I found it (as a layperson) clear and easy to read. The book does not contain advice on tactics or strategy for litigation nor any opinions as to whether de facto practice might differ from de jure.. Live an hour away from library and no transportation.. T.H. Wright said Highly recommend!. All you need in one small package. I love these and have the rules of civil procedure and rules of criminal procedure as well. I highly recommend if you do probate.
