Gives a lot of information that is broken down depending what you want to track.. Just What We Wanted Frances Young Since my husband has been adjusting to a "special" diet this book is a major help. The fact that it fits in my purse, and our glove box, makes it even nicer. We like the fact that our major restaurant, and fast food, listings are in the book.
