I was enrolled in the Business Management program, a student at Farmingdale State College when I took the ERP course offered as an elective.We used the first edition of this text book to learn VISUAL. It quickly became my bible for the classroom. The business stories helped me to better understand how real customers benefited. I went on to work for a company who uses VISUAL after graduation. I have since acquired this updated version to keep nearby when I need it. It is useful in every day questions. This book is not meant for the average reader. it is a textbook that helps to l. It is just a collage of sentences without any logical order. When it is not trying to advertise a software called VISUAL, it is just ramblings. I might as well have burnt my money instead of buying this.
