I'm the type of person who just needs the facts, so when I'm reading a case brief all I'm thinking is, "get to the point!" or "how many words are you going to use in order to tell me that it had to be a material breach?" If that is you, or if you are having problems understanding the point of the case brief and how it fits into the big picture, trust me this book is for you. I've tried several others and they don't compare.
