DESCRIPTION:
Elder Law is currently available on the Kindle Store (multiplatform) and the Apple iBookstore (iOS).Elder Law, Fourth Edition, is published in digital format solely by Carolina Academic Press. Because of the digital format, we are able to include such features as live links to state and federal statutes, cases, and other web-based material that you can reference or incorporate into your coverage. Many chapters contain 50-state statutory tables that will allow your students to access, directly from the book, state specific laws that are relevant to the subject matter of the chapters. The book covers traditional subjects and also “hot topics” in elder law and practice. This book contains almost entirely new content when compared with our 2007 edition.
I love the ebook format and can read it on my Android phone Kelly This is an excellent text book with good coverage on the important topics in Elder Law. The links to other sources are easy to connect to in this ebook format. I'm glad I bought this and recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about Elder Law.. One Star This e-book is hard to maneuver and not terribly user friendly. I have found it difficult to use.. Five Stars This is a good casebook, to the point. I didn't need it for class, though, which was unfortunate.
