Very well done Joseph This is my favorite college textbook in the field. I have decided to keep my copy. Very practical application of the science of nonprofit work. Well worth the investment and using as a source.. Dorothy J. Shepard Dunne said I wish I'd read this book sooner. This well written and readable text offers all the information I wish I had known before I became a manager of Human Services agencies myself. Now that I am a university teacher in the field, I find this to be the best textbook available for my courses in Human Services Management. Unfortunately, this is probably the last year I will use this tex. Great book, easy to read and very informative Amy Jenks Needed this book for my Hums class and upon reviewing the book when it arrived it was easy to read not too dry or boring and very informative. No diagrams/pics in book but still a great text. Will not be selling this back.
