"Perhaps the clearest explanations I've seen." according to D. Oppenheimer. Wonderfully written and illustrated. This book helps those who are perhaps at sea reading from a standard text. The writing is very clear and more conversation than lecture. There are proofs of things if you are a concept person but there are also plain and easy to follow instructions if you're more of a rote learner. The examples are wonderful too.. Excellent book Michael J. Brosy Super for understanding algebra. Teaches much better than the teacher in my son's school. A must have for young students.
