I was redirected to this book on my Kindle and didn't realize it until after my order. I have tried to cancel my order, but am unable to do so. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
The author gives all valuable lessons and practical knowledge gained from years of experience from the field. This eBook is part of a Diamond Drilling “How to “ series designed to explain and demonstrate several field procedures to would be diamond drillers and maybe to those already in the industry as handy reference. Since securing rock sample from beneath the surface is a daunting and expensive endeavor, utmost care and attention is given to the operation to maximize core collection. Study and practice them, observe the results and if you are convinced, make them part of standard operating procedures. The Author tries to illustrate the possible causes and of the difficulty in collecting core sample in different rock formation. This issue therefore contains recommendations on how to improve core recovery. This is followed by recommended methods to optimize core recovery as proven from actual operation.
