Moore I really like this book primarily because it shows you how to do many of the things you want to do for commercial Flex/Flash applications. Each section is a working tutorial that will show you how to work with real services like RSS and XML feeds.The book is not deep and it doesn't cover a huge variety of topics, but there are other books for that.
