Good book, but slightly displeased Overall, the subject matter is very informative and reads very well. However, as the first review did note, I received an instructor's edition that explicitly says all over the cover "Not for resale." I'm a little ashamed to carry it around campus to read, because it so blatantly says that it is licensed for instructor's use only. I purchased it used, which is still at an exorbi. J. E. This book is worthless for searching so unless you want ot read the whole thing I would suggest you not rely on this for school..
