Essential reference for the Government contractor. why not just use the free GOA standard I feel this is largely a summary of the GAO (USA) standard from 2007. I recommend a person interested in cost estimation to start by download that document free at the GAO homepage (standard number GAO-09-3SP), it is a newer source (2009).I give it the 2 stars as it is a good guide for a person unfamiliar with cost estimation, but I highly recommend the standard.This review is only based on the cost estimating part of the book. I c. Pricing Manager Outstanding and easy to understand. Covers many aspects related to estimating and pricing, it's a great reference document.
