"care plans" according to M. Boehm. I own the entire series of these books. Each one is worth the price (if you buy them used). Don't pay full price but if you can get them used, do it. The care plans aren't very involved, but the rationals are really good. If you were to buy only one or two of these books, I recommend the critical care ones. These are a great reference!
