Passed with 3 weeks of studying. Krishan Kandial Without any prior education about the USA Government I used this book as a guide to study for the CLEP. Within 3 weeks I took the exam after studying and using the online tests and other online reseach. I passed the exam!!!I would even recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn about the US government and how it functions. The author used examples of actual events to explain the concepts Which made it very easy to understand the concepts.I have 2 more CLEPs to take and I am definitely using the REA books.. fine book!!!!!!! Pam Lively My son loves this book!!!!!!!!. "missing alot" according to Amazon Customer. this is my fourth clep test I have taken using books from REA and I have always been extremely satisfied. However, I feel this book was missing alot of information that was on the test. I read the whole book for review and took the online practice tests and got 100% (composite score 80), but I barely passed the CLEP with a composite score of 55. Studying this book helped, but by itself may not be enough to pass the CLEP
