"Excellent follow up to The Shield" according to Amazon Customer. I purchased this book as soon as I heard it had been released. I enjoyed The Shield and was glad of the chance to see how things worked out for the characters from the first book. I did find a few minor typos and grammatical issues that made it past the editors but fewer than I've seen in other Kindle novels. The battle scenes were well done without being overly detailed.
