great tox girl great book, using it to review for the boards. the pics of pediatric rashes are particularly helpful. it is a bit lacking on the radiology side of things, and i wish this book had a section on spinal trauma, especially c-spine injuries. (hint, hint, for the next edition) otherwise a great reference to have.. Awesome book! I am an Emergency Medicine physician who, to be honest, doesn't like to read. I think I bought two books in all of medical school (granted, I never missed a lecture- and really learn well when taught). But this book is pretty easy to read and educational to look at!
