The daily meal plans here look well laid out and easy to follow so that you can stick with it and not go through the tough limitations that can come with it. A good book for those who want to give this diet a go and get benefits from short term gains such as weightless and carb intolerance.. The breakfast recommends 7 eggs/Mayo and fixings and claims only 240 calories when in fact it is well over 1200 calories. If you want to do Atkins and keep your calories under 1500 a day this book will not help.
