I bought this book because I was due to take the police dispatcher testing. I actually took this test today, and the majority of it was being able to follow directions to detail. This book did help me as far as learing what types of questions to expect as well as teaching me to eliminate answers. The vocabulary part of this book was not mentioned. "Great Prep Book!" according to Jennifer Gottsacker. If you are looking for a book to help yourself prepare for a written exam for a dispatcher position, this is the book for you! I have taken a test before not being prepared and didn't pass. I bought this book and it has some great information about how to find jobs and tips for preparing for an interview to getting your resume ready. There is two
