Firstly, the book is heavily bulked up with extremely IRrelevant stories that do not even remotely qualify as case studies, and which the student can not possibly have time to read when there is a plethora of real information to be learned. This reading comes across as story time for elementary school students. There is also a very notable lack of diseases mentioned and described,. "ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY Gail W. Jenkins" according to Mireya Campos. This edition, has all the ingredients you need to know about the Human body and its funtions, yes is intrincate, we are complicated human beings, don't expect an easy learning.
