Stephanie said Basic book would return if I could. I bought this book from a seller through amazon, turns out when I opened it, it was a used library book from a library. So I just paid premium for a used discarded library book that would have cost like a couple dollars if you bought it at a sale from the library. It is an okay book, very basic, good for the lay reader. It's old book but the recommendations haven't really changed.. Wonderful book! Lydia Easy to read and wonderful, easy to implement suggestions. Would recommend this book to anyone suffering with digestive problems.
