Great legal textbook Great legal textbook, really lays everything out for you. Try to find one with previous notes in it, there could be some valuable advice in there (thank you previous owner for all your insight - reading this book at 2AM was hard enough). I would recommend just going ahead and buying it even if it's an optional book for the course. You really don't need more than what is in this textbook, and even if you did you have WestLaw and Lexis to help you out in that regard.. "Four Stars" according to Alex R.. Great for class.. Five Stars Good.
